Cancellation Policy:  Massage times are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.   When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have traveled to the office specifically for your service. 


If you must cancel a service or package that has already been purchased, Five Star must be notified within 72 hours of the purchase.  Canceled purchases and appointments are subject to cancellation fees (of a minimum of $30)  and may take 9-14 days to be processed.  If you must cancel an appointment, Five Star must be notified within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.  Failure to communicate with notice may subject you to full payment for services.  

No-showed appointments are subject to a minimum of $30 no-show charge.
